Forest Bathing
Did you know?
It has been proven that walking, meditating, exercising, and other fun activities like having a picnic under a tree have physical and emotional benefits to the body. Even sitting in a chair gazing up into the stars can have health benefits for the mind, body and soul. Research shows that just 20 minutes spent around nature can decrease stress by 13%.
Benefits can vary and these are but a few to list...
1. Improved cardiovascular help (blood sugar balance, improved moods, improve focus and creativity fewer symptoms of depression just to list a few)

Yes nature is a healing power all its own. Having the ability to nurture and heal the human body. And don’t forget even the smallest acts can help you become closer to nature. Sunlight, Clean air, Laying in grass, Toes in sand, Etc (Also considered elements of nature)
A new goal of mine that I am starting and will try to introduce to my family as well is…
trying to get 15 minutes with nature. Rather that be going for a walk outside, meditating under a tree, getting lost in the clouds. Just find a way to give yourself 15 minutes.
If you didn’t know now you do.
Until next time!
